This indicator is derived from the Public Procurement component of EUROPAM, which evaluates the scope of public procurement legislation based on two main areas: -Thresholds of application based on the contract value by product type (Goods, works, or services) -Thresholds of application based on the contract value by procuring entity type (Public Sector, Defense, or Utilities) Each item is composed of several qualitative questions aimed at evaluating the requirements outlined by the law.
