This indicator is derived from the Political Financing component of EUROPAM and captures the reporting requirements, oversight mechanisms, and sanctions established by legislation on political financing based on two key areas: -Reporting standards -Political finance oversight Each item is composed of several questions aimed at assessing the comprehensiveness of the law.
